International Review of HRM 

International Review of HRM (IRHRM) is a bi-annual peer-reviewed journal publishedin April and October every year. RHRM seeks to create a body of knowledge around the contemporary issues in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organization Development, Training & Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Social Security, etc. RHRM serves as an independent forum for the academia, industry, civil society and the State to carry forward a candid and objective discussion on contemporary HR issues having a bearing on economy, business, community, environment and above all –the quality of life of the people.
